It's been a summer of epic proportions for Cantina Carnitas this year, with shedloads of festivals, popups, weddings, fiestas and even our first Bar Mitzvah making sure we've been busy, busy, busy! We launched our online delivery platform in SE1 called Burrito Club and ripped out over a 1000 burritos for an Amazon site launch....but the best news is still yet to come, and we will be able to share that next week!
We have also been trialling a new burger/burrito menu item that will make its way onto our menu full time in the New Year, and this week looking at a potato & chorizo dish to warm our Autumn arses.
The Cantina Carnitas Youtube channel has been gathering dust over the last couple of years and when Jeff and I were on road driving to a wonderful wedding in Kent last weekend we decided its time to get back in front of the camera- but what do you want to see? do you want Recipes, food challenges, reviews and interviews?
