We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic prep chef to join us on our Mexican street food adventure. Daily duties to include cutting, chopping & peeling to produce salsas & guacamole as well as cooking batches of main dishes.
- Prepping fresh ingredients to the highest standards.
- Prepping fresh ingredients to deadlines within the kitchen.
- Following recipe's and instructions accurately
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and food safety
Duties also include keeping the Cantina Carnitas food truck workspace clean, and following the cleaning rota and updating records.
Hours 7.30-11.00 Monday to Friday
17.5 hours per week
