Prep Chef/Kitchen Porter

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic prep chef to join us on our Mexican street food adventure. Daily duties to include cutting, chopping & peeling to produce salsas & guacamole as well as cooking batches of main dishes.

  • Prepping fresh ingredients to the highest standards.
  • Prepping fresh ingredients to deadlines within the kitchen.
  • Following recipe's and instructions accurately
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and food safety
The ideal candidate must have prep chef experience, be fast and efficient and have a passion for Mexican food.

Duties also include keeping the Cantina Carnitas food truck workspace clean, and following the cleaning rota and updating records.

Hours 7.30-11.00 Monday to Friday

17.5 hours per week
